Most uPaged facilities elect for uPaged to employ clinicians and process payroll for all uPaged booked shifts in their facility.

Some facilities elect to onboard you as their own employee, and so they will process payroll in accordance with their payroll cycles.

The employer of record and payroll details is specific in the Facility Important Info.

When you get paid will depend on whether uPaged or the facility manages your payroll.

uPaged Payroll = weekly on Wednesday, for all shifts worked Mon-Sun the week before.

Chris O'Brien Lifehouse = fortnightly payroll

Click on the important information page on the facility profile and it will either be weekly, fortnightly or monthly.

It's important to know that we can only pay you for shifts that have been signed off by you, and then confirmed by the facility. To support this process, please sign off your timesheet at the end of your shift. We will follow up the facility to ensure this is confirmed prior to the upcoming pay run.

For uPaged processed payroll, payslips are emailed on the same day as the weekly pay run.
