To ensure you’re paid correctly and on time, it’s essential that your financial information is complete and accurate in your uPaged profile.

Incorrect details can lead to delays or lost funds. While we’ll make every effort to recover payments sent to the wrong bank account or superannuation fund, recovery cannot be guaranteed. To avoid this, please double-check your details before submitting.

If you're unsure about any part of this process, don't hesitate to get in touch with our support team — we're here to help.

These details are highly sensitive, in particular your TFN, so don't ever share these via email.

Tax File Number (TFN) Declaration

Complete your Tax File Number (TFN) Declaration through your uPaged profile to ensure the correct amount of tax is withheld from your pay.

Select Financial Details > TFN Declaration
Select your Residency Status - very important to ensure your tax is accurately calculated
Select if you want to claim the Tax Free Threshold - this is recommended for the employer with which you earn the majority of your income. You should only select this for ONE employer.
Select Loan Debt if you have a student loan debt with the Australian Government.
Save your changes

Refer to the Australian Taxation Office website for more information on completing your TFN Declaration.

Superannuation

Nominate your preferred superannuation fund to ensure your contributions are directed correctly.

Select Financial Details > Superannuation
Enter your super Fund Name, Fund Unique Superannuation Identifier (USI), and your Member Number as provided from your Super Fund.
Save your changes

We highly recommend using your own existing super fund if you have one. If you don’t currently have a super fund, you’ll need to choose one — and it’s important to conduct your own research to find the fund that best suits your needs.

Enter your BSB and account number
Double-check for accuracy
