Here's a list of where you can obtain different mandatory training requirements. You are welcome to upload evidence of training you have obtained elsewhere provided it meets the requirements here.

Venipuncture & IV Cannulation Declarations

If you are competent in venipuncture and/or IV cannulation, but don't have documentary evidence, complete the corresponding declaration:

Basic Life Support (BLS)

Basic Life Support must be completed face to face, annually, by an accredited training provider. This can be in the form of a First Aid Course, provided it contains the certification for HLTAID010 (basic life support).

CPR only courses will only be accepted if an accredited BLS course certificate is also provided which is valid for 3 years. Both will need to be combined as one file, so if you need help with this please email us both certs.

Only required for certain roles such as General Practice roles so please ensure you check the specific job requirements before completing this. 
QLD Health - additional training
In addition to the above, QLD Health have specific training that may be required to pick up work in their facilities. The following can be found using the iLearn system.

  • Code of Conduct (including Workplace Harassment)
  • Cultural Awareness
  • Cyber Security Essentials
  • Fire Training
  • Fraud Control Awareness

First time users will need to create an iLearn account.
⚠️ uPaged Training Academy / Go1 Login Troubleshooting
uPaged hosts its free training courses through a third-party Learning Management System (LMS) called Go1. To access these courses, you’ll need to create an account on the Go1 training portal.

If you’re having trouble logging in, it may be because you’ve previously registered with Go1 through another organisation or unsubscribed from their emails.

Try the following steps to regain access:
  • Log in via the Go1 generic login page →
  • If you can’t log in, try resetting your password
    • If you don’t receive the password reset email but the system says you already have an account, you’ve likely unsubscribed from Go1 emails. In that case, please contact Go1 Support for assistance.

Popular FAQs 

While a PDF document of the certificate downloaded from the training organisation is our gold standard, we can accept the following:

  • A screenshot from a web portal provided it is from a respected organisation and states your full name, date acquired and competence/pass OR
  • PDFs or screenshots need to be of an acceptable standard - that means no sideways photos, half screenshots and the full document must be visible and be easy to read OR
  • If you are unable to get certificates, we can accept transcripts providing the training requirement is easily found with all the requirements above on the document

Mandatory training evidence must contain:

  • Your full name
  • Name of the training
  • Date the training was acquired
  • The name of the registered institution or organisation

uPaged uses Go1 to host our training certificates. You will need to create a separate account with Go1 to access our training courses if you haven't already got one. We suggest setting an account up here
