Tertiary Education

Adding your tertiary education details to your uPaged profile helps us verify your qualifications and ensure you meet the requirements of our partner healthcare facilities.

For AHPRA registered practitioners, this step is optional. If you have completed specialist training or post graduate studies you're welcome to add this here.

Assistants in Nursing (AINs) and Personal Care Workers (PCWs) are not yet AHPRA-registered, so will need to provide:
  • Evidence of relevant training (e.g., a certificate in Individual Support or Aged Care), or
  • Proof that you have completed at least one year of a Diploma or Bachelor of Nursing program (e.g., a transcript or letter from your education provider)

Add Tertiary Education

You can add as many tertiary education certificates as you like to your profile, simply:

  1. Go to the Experience section in your profile 
  2. Click the + Add button under Tertiary Education section
  3. Enter the details for your qualifications
  4. Upload any relevant evidence such as certificates or transcripts
  5. Hit the Save button

Qualification & Certifications FAQs 

At uPaged we recognise Bachelor's Degrees, Certificates and post graduate studies.

Only AINs and student nurses are required to upload their certifications, this is so we can verify the kind of work you're suitable for.

We do suggest however uploading evidence of any nursing-related tertiary education into your profile, this may help boost your applications.

We only have work for AINs who have AT LEAST 1 year of experience AND any of the following qualifications:

  • CHC33015 / CHC43015 - Assistant in Nursing - Ageing Support
  • HLT33115 / HLT32507 - Assisting in Nursing - Work in Acute Care
  • Undergraduate nursing students may be employed as AINs in the second or third year of their Bachelor program IF you have evidence if 2 successfully completed clinical placements
