To be able to create shifts, you will need to set up your Selected Workforce. By default, uPaged will add their standard templates into your Selected Workforce. To add additional templates, you will need to follow the steps below:

  1. Go to the Workforce Preferences tab in your Profile
  2.  You will see the uPaged "out the box" templates in SELECTED WORKFORCE section by default. Templates that are not applied to your account will be shown in AVAILABLE WORKFORCE section
  3. To add a template from AVAILABLE WORKFORCE, click Add Template and the template will now appear as part of your SELECTED WORKFORCE and can be applied to departments.
