We recognise that every healthcare facility operates differently and have a varying set of policies and employee requirements. We also know how important it is that the practitioners who are coming to work with you are compliant with these. That's why we allow you to create employment requirements that reflect your facility's individual needs. 

In the Workforce Preferences section of your profile, you can add, remove, edit and create workforce templates that reflect your facility's ideal workforce. We aren't just talking about applying different nurse grades either. You can create templates reflecting exactly what training, vaccinations, or reference requirements practitioners need to work with you.

It doesn't stop there either. We realise that it's not just facilities that differ from each other, but departments within those facilities. The workforce preferences can also be allocated differently depending on the department's requirements.
