uPaged was built with the value of transparency. uPaged allows managers like yourself to view and assess a practitioner's profile to help facilitate better clinical judgment in shift allocation. You're in control to choose the right practitioner for the job.

Mobile device

1. Tap the notification, select the link in the email or log in via https://app.upaged.com/
2. Select Find Talent
3. Use the Calendar to find the shift application under Applicants
4. Tap See Applicants  You may review the practitioner's profile by tapping their name.
5. When you are ready, tap either Accept or Reject
   
6. Tap Confirm. The practitioner will be instantly notified of your decision.

Desktop computer

1. Select the link in the email or log in via https://app.upaged.com/
2. Select Find Talent
3. Use the Calendar to find the shift application under Applicants
4. Click See Applicants  You may review the practitioner's profile by clicking their name.
5. When you are ready, click either Accept or Reject
   
6. Click Confirm. The practitioner will be instantly notified of your decision.
