The uPaged rating scale is a simple one: after a shift ends, the practitioner will be asked to rate your facility on a scale of one to five stars, with five stars being the highest, based on their likelihood of recommending it as a great place to work.

Conversely, you will be asked to rate thepractitioner using the same scale for each of the following skills:

  • Time Management;
  • Communication; and
  • Competence.

Then, the practitioner will receive an overall star rating as an average of those provided for each of the above skills.

Please understand that some days are busy and some things are outside of the control of even the best practitioner. Use the rating scale to assist your team, and other uPaged facilities, in their decision to accept or decline the practitioner's future shift applications to yours, or their facility. We recommend discussing any issues in person with the practitioner first before providing a rating.

If there were no issues with a practitioner, we recommend that they are awarded 5 stars. Work back from there if any issues arose during the shift.
