After five completed shifts (i.e. your organisation has received five ratings), your average star rating is calculated as the average of the five ratings. It is an overall score out of 5. For example, if after five completed shifts, and your ratings are 3 out of 5, 4 out of 5, 4.5 out of 5, 5 out of 5 and 4 out of 5, your average star rating is 4.1 out of 5 stars.

As uPaged practitioners complete more shifts and you receive more star ratings, your average star rating will continue to be adjusted accordingly. This means one score can outweigh another. For example, if your average star rating is 4.1 out of 5 stars after five shifts, and for the sixth shift, you receive a rating of 2 out of 5, this will bring your average star rating down to 3.75 out of 5 stars. However, if you receive a rating of 5 out of 5 for the seventh shift, your average score will now be 3.92 out of 5 stars.

You and the practitioners can view your average star rating under your organisation's name in your uPaged profile.
