Technically, no.

If a uPaged facility has opted to employ uPaged practitioners, as the facility's employee, they should provide you with professional indemnity (PI) insurance. 

If a uPaged facility has opted to use uPaged to employ uPaged practitioners,  uPaged will provide you with PI insurance.
