When uploading documents to your uPaged nursing profile, high-quality screen capture or snapshot of the document can be used. The best way to ensure the quality of the document up to facilities standards is by downloading and uploading a copy of the original document as each document must be an exact copy of the original to be accepted by the hospital. If this is not an option, however, you may use a screenshot.


Note: When taking a screenshot of a document, it must clearly include all important information such as your name, the date, the facility and the content.


Screenshot - Mac Computer 


1. Open the document you would like to take a copy of on your computer.


2. Press the shift-command-4 keys all at the same time.

3. Drag your cursor over the area you would like to screenshot (make you sure you capture all the important information listed above). 


4. The screenshot will now be saved to your desktop. 



Screenshot - PC/Windows Computer 


1. Open the document you would like to take a copy of on your computer.


2. Press the Print Screen (PrtScn) button on your keyboard


3. The screenshot will now be saved to your desktop. You may crop the screenshot to contain only the information desired.


 

Screenshot - iOS/iPhone


1. Open the document you would like to take a copy of on your iPhone.


2. Make sure all the important information is visible on your iPhone screen.


3. Press the screen-lock/power button and home button at the same time.

4. Go to your Camera Roll app and you will see your screenshot. 


 


Screenshot - Android 


1. Open the document you would like to take a copy of on your iPhone.


2. Make sure all the important information is visible on your iPhone screen.


3. Press the volume down button and home button at the same time.             


4. Go to your Gallery Roll app and you will see your screenshot.
