Ratings & Testimonials - how do they work for organisations? Follow
Just like Uber and Airbnb, uPaged ratings and testimonials are a two-way feedback system. At the conclusion of a shift, both the nurse and the hospital are asked to provide a rating and testimonial for each other.
Think of how enjoyable it is getting in a ride-sharing car versus a regular taxi. Ride-share services that offer ratings often make sure the air temperature is right, offer you a lolly or bottle of water and offer to play the music that you want. That’s because they care about your experience so they can earn a better rating and review. Similarly, uPaged ratings and testimonials aim to raise the standard, accountability and transparency of the contingency workforce for both nurses and hospitals.
