We employ ratings because we want to improve the accountability of nurses and hospitals in the contingency workforce process.
Think of how enjoyable it is getting in a ride-sharing car versus A regular taxi. Ride-share services that offer ratings often make sure the air temperature is right, offer you a lolly or bottle of water and offer to play the music that you want. That’s because they care about your experience so they can earn a better rating.
On uPaged, you will be asked to rate the hospital at the conclusion of each shift with an optional testimonial. Think about the facilities, the support you have been given by the team you worked with, and your allocation. Please understand that some days are busy and some things are outside of the control of even the best team leader or manager. We suggest you use the hospital rating to indicate whether you would recommend this hospital to other uPaged nurses. Make sure the testimonial doesn’t mention any confidential patient information or it will be removed.
There are so many great nurses out there, and we want you to be appreciated for the hard work you do. You will earn an overall rating from three ratings:
- Time Management
Hospital managers will have the option of leaving a testimonial to enhance your profile and will be able to provide you with private feedback to enhance your practice.
